The following Registration Form contains a Student Agreement and a Media Waiver. Please set aside sufficient time to complete it in full, as you cannot save partial progress. To assist you, we have provided the Agreement & Waiver as a PDF for you to optionally print and review at your leisure. Once you have read it, please return here to the online form to sign up. When registration is complete, you will receive the Student Agreement and Media Waiver via an email from SignNow where you will be required to provide official signatures for legal documentation. You will be able to download a PDF copy for your records and we will retain a copy for ours.
